AIRCRAFT OWNERSHIP Pride Shares Pride Flight has created Pride Shares, a shared jet aircraft ownership program that will allow up to four individuals to enjoy the privileges of ownership and receive charter income, as well. As the owner's representative, Pride Flight: • Identifies available aircraft that meet the client's mission • Provides client with maintenance technician to qualify aircraft value prior to acceptance. • Assists in arranging financing. • Presents insurance options. • Introduces, negotiates, and over sees the management company. • Hires the flight crew (with owner approval) • Promotes aircraft into Pride Flight qualified charter providers • Arranges back-up aircraft We know that you will enjoy the luxury, convenience and confidentiality of flying in your own airplane that is based a short distance from your home or office. READY FOR TAKE OFF Flying our clients to and from destinations such as Hong Kong, Japan, Europe, Mexico, and United States locations that are not an easily accessible by commercial airliners are some of the tasks we have been called upon to fulfill. Pride has successfully arranged flights for Simon and Garfunkel, Guns and Roses, and many other musical tours. Employing associates in specific locations enables us to manage the economics of a tour by using custom tailored flight plans and specialized aircraft for a precise mission. Our occupied legs wheels up to wheels down and one-way pricing programs are available worldwide. Pride Flight's Event Division arranged for one hundred golfers to fly from Chicago to Bandon Dunes, Oregon in two Airbus 319s. Recently, the Boeing 737 flew 50 passengers for us. Some of our golfing clients use the Lear 45, Westwind, and King Air for trips to Oregon, Pebble Beach, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, as well as various Midwestern venues.
